111 Woodland Street was once the home of the All Souls Universalist Church. Though the 1891 Queen Anne style building was converted to residential use more than 30 years prior, Hampton Properties uncovered the historic beauty in a total renovation in 2013. There are twelve charming studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments, right down the street from Clark University. Vintage church pews line the common hallway, which is lit by restored antique lighting. The Hampton House is an example of a successful adaptive reuse project of a neighborhood landmark.
